Once the project is validated and its feasibility is approved, the development stage commences with setting up its plan and Scope of Work (SOW). OMJ Global, along with the client and end user/operator team, start to define the project’s requirements, SOW, set the project’s global program, milestones, method statement and organization structure.
OMJ Global assists the client in selecting the best qualified stakeholders, to serve and achieve the project’s objectives. The services may include also the selection of the best construction model from the commercial/contractual perspective. It may include also management of the tender stage until the contract is awarded to the best qualified contractor.
